ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

European Security &
Resilience Fund

“Leadership by Example — for Local Impact and Resilience.”

The European Security & Resilience Fund is the financial backbone of ESRF.net — a decentralised network built for and by entrepreneurs with local impact.

The foundation channels donations, contributions and aligned capital into initiatives that strengthen the network and expand its reach across Europe.

We believe security is not just a government mandate — it is an entrepreneurial responsibility. By building resilience from the ground up, we connect organisations across 15 countries into self-sustaining ecosystems with regional impact.

Every member contributes to collective resilience through the five pillars: Waakzaamheid, Zorgplicht, Eigen Kracht, Verbindingskracht, and Veerkracht.
